We are currently hiring an experienced Site Manager to join our team for a housing development in Kinnegad, Co. Westmeath. This is a pivotal role requiring proven expertise in managing substantial housing projects. The successful candidate will proactively lead the delivery of the site, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at every stage.
Key Attributes We Are Looking For:
Ability to oversee Health and Safety on site, ensuring collective ownership by all stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Leading daily whiteboard meetings, ensuring daily lookahead complete with management staff and subcontractors.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors, clients, and the wider project team.
Ensuring all works are executed in compliance with Building Regulations, design documents and all applicable standards.
Actively review design documents and participation in design team meetings.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Ability to manage site documentation and reporting efficiently and accurately.
