Some travel will be required when visiting client sites,What you’ll be doingLeading annual reviews and renewals for medium to large corporate clientsActing as the main point of contact for your assigned employersManaging group risk, pension and (eventually) medical renewalsHandling auto‑enrolment and scheme participation reviewsSupporting employers with benefit design queriesWorking closely with the Associate Director and CEO on EB strategyHelping improve and streamline EB admin and consultancy processesMentoring EB brokers and supporting their developmentRepresenting the EB team at group meetings when neededLiaising with insurers and service providers to improve deliveryAttending trustee or pension committee meetingsSupporting governance and compliance best practiceWho this role suitsYou don’t need to be a finished product they’re happy to train and develop you.
