We are recruiting for a receptionist to join our Team at our busy Recruitment Agency in Dublin 8.
Full training will be provided.
Applicants should have previous administrative experience.
Hours of work are 9am -5pm Reception/Administrator Duties: Answering, directing calls & taking messages.
Greeting candidates in an efficient, and friendly manner.
Ensuring all visitors have an appointment.
Checking Job Applicants have the relevant documents.
Assisting applicants with registration in a multi-cultural environment.
Maintaining the Reception waiting area.
Notifying recruiters and trainers when their candidates have arrived.
Registering all job application forms onto our Database.
Updating employment files.
Preparing and filing Training Paperwork.
Preparing letters.
Reception/Administrator Skills: Excellent Written and Spoken English.
Multi-tasking skills are essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills.
Microsoft proficient.
