Residential Care Manager Position
The Centre provides a unique opportunity to work with young people seeking international protection, aged 16-17. We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional care.
This role is pivotal in the operational and strategic management of our residential care services. As a key member of the team, you will support the Centre Manager in upholding Harmonys values, policies, and child-centred approach while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, guide, and support the social care team to deliver high-quality care to young people.
* Ensure the voices of young people are central to all decision-making and care planning processes.
* Uphold and promote Harmonys values, policies, and child-centred approach.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* A Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Care or equivalent.
* At least three years' experience in social care with children/young people.
* Full driving licence and access to a car.
