About the Role:
This is a part-time HR Manager position based in West Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, driving key projects and local initiatives. You will need to be a proactive self-starter who can handle day-to-day HR tasks with precision and speed.
The ideal candidate must have a balance of commercial awareness, practical execution, and the ability to operate independently within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration
* Employee relations, managing cases such as disciplinaries and grievances
* Compliance with Irish employment law, updates policies
* Oversee mandatory training
* Manage absence effectively
* Support learning and development
Requirements:
* Strong Senior Generalist/HRBP or managerial experience
* CIPD fully qualified
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong business acumen
* Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
