Trade Counter Sales Assistant
In this role, you will be part of a close-knit team at the heart of every well-run site. As a Trade Counter Sales Assistant, your primary goal is to support contractors by providing them with materials they need.
* You'll work closely with regular trade customers offering expert advice and processing orders quickly and efficiently.
* Picking and loading materials for delivery using our state-of-the-art vans ensuring safe, timely drops to site.
* Maintaining high standards in terms of customer service and product knowledge as you strive to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements:
1. A passion for delivering great customer service where every interaction counts.
2. An ideal candidate would have experience working in similar environments such as builders' merchants or construction sites – although it's not essential; any relevant background can be beneficial here!
