Job Title: Ruminant Business Manager
We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our efforts in developing and maintaining sales with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with farmers to understand their feed, fertiliser, veterinary, dairy hygiene, or other farm input needs.
* Provide expert advice and support to farmers on improving farm profitability, sustainability, or milk quality.
* Identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to capitalise on these opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of farmer data on CRM, including milk supply ambitions, sales, opportunities, complaints, etc.
* Process orders for feed, fertiliser, veterinary/other products and ensure delivery to farmers per agreed SLA.
* Collaborate with the technical team to develop new product/service offerings that meet farmer needs.
* Execute field marketing/promotional campaigns by communicating new offers directed by Marketing.
* Manage monthly cash collection process and ensure timely settlement of invoices.
