Would you like the opportunity to work for Europe’s leading provider of employment law, HR and health & safety services? Supporting over 35,000 small businesses, they are looking for an experienced Sales Team Coach to join an expanding team.
You will drive the performance of the sales teams through the design and delivery of an on-going training and development plan covering all aspects of the sales role. In a nutshell:
* You will work with the sales teams to maximise sales effectiveness and revenue by identifying development opportunities and delivering sales training and coaching.
* In response to business requirements, you will design and deliver a range of sales focused learning solutions to develop the knowledge, skills, and strengths of the sales teams.
* Further to this you will support development of individuals through 1:1 coaching sessions when support is required.
* Working in conjunction with the Sales Management team, you will design and deliver the induction training of all new sales executives ensuring that they have the knowledge, skills and motivation to meet the targets set.
* Identify individual training needs of Sales Executives and to effectively communicate with management to ensure that the performance and productivity of all Sales Executives is increased.
* Ensure that all training is of a professional standard and that Sales Executives can meet the standard required by the business and achieve targets.
* To review the effectiveness of Sales Training against company requirements, in terms of the appropriateness and quality of training courses.
What you will bring to the team:
* Proven track record in delivering results in a high energy call center environment.
* Previous experience in a sales training environment
* Ability to prepare training material and documentation
* Experience of using a CRM system, Salesforce ideally.
* Ability to motivate, inspire and develop others
* A confident, strong, friendly personality
* Self-motivated with ability to work and deliver under pressure

* 25 days’ holiday (this will increase after 2 years’ service)

Base pay range
