Responsibilities
* Providing a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
* Maintaining clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor for customers at all times.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets through knowledge of current trends, in-store promotions, and evolving store processes.
* Driving sales to meet and, where possible, exceed targets.
* Utilising in-store devices to present the full product range to customers.
* Providing alternatives and add-on sales opportunities at every interaction.
* Replenishing stock as needed and ensuring the full-size range is on the shop floor where possible.
* Ensuring products are priced correctly.
* Assisting with deputising for other staff, working within departments, or carrying out other duties as required.
* Representing JD Sports in a professional manner and conducting work safely and responsibly.

* Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding financial goals.
* Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain product availability.
