Responsibilities / TasksAccountable for delivering key business KPIs such as Market Share, Order Intake, Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA, and NOWC.Ensure organizational alignment with business needs and KPI requirements, with a commitment to staff training and development.Approach tasks with speed, strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.Drive Order Intake and Sales Growth according to GEA guidelines.Communicate effectively and align on business growth in line with R&C / FT Division targets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Farm Technologies (FT) in IE/NI, including new market entries and growth opportunities.Oversee all Business Operations at Farm Technologies IE/NI.Create and execute an annual business plan in collaboration with R&C Division Leadership and R&C Country/Cluster Director.Develop and implement Sales & Service plans, allocate resources, and prioritize initiatives to enhance profitability.Manage sales and account management, including CRM system utilization.Manage division Order Intake and campaigns via CRM.Enhance the FT dealer network responsible for Sales & Service in IE/NI, ensuring profitability and risk management.Supervise the FT Ireland team, fostering employee development and ensuring optimal staffing.Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and dealers, managing expectations.Leverage the full value chain of products & services to create business opportunities.Understand customer needs and translate them into business strategies.Meet all GEA reporting requirements, collaborating with finance colleagues.Ensure activities comply with GEA's internal controls, approvals, and risk management policies.Maintain compliance with GEA, QHSE, and legal regulations and procedures.ReportingReport to the Country/Cluster Manager and manage business in alignment with FT Division.Your Profile / QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Commercial, Agriculture, or Business Administration.Experience in general management, including P&L responsibility.Significant experience managing sales and service organizations.Experience managing an independent dealer network.Proven ability in growth, change management, and performance transformation.Strong understanding of business development, customer relationship management, and market development.Excellent communication and public speaking skills.Ability to present business figures and updates effectively.Experience working within a matrix organization.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer orientation.Leadership skills to manage diverse teams with a focus on targets and people development.
