Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the residential service. Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care and support. Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards and all relevant legislation. Foster a positive, empowering environment for residents and staff. Maintain strong relationships with families, HSE, and external stakeholders. Requirements: Third-level qualification (NFQ Level 8) in Health and Social Care or equivalent. Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care is essential. Full, clean driving licence essential. Strong leadership, project management, and people management skills. In-depth knowledge of HIQA regulations and safeguarding standards.
