We’re seeking a customer-focused Microsoft 365 specialist to provide technical support during weekend shifts. You’ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, respond promptly to users, and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Weekends – Friday to Sunday
• Shift hours: 7am until 7pm
What You’ll Need
Experience in IT Solution Provider or MSP environment
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Proactive problem ownership and resolution
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent client service and communication skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
AZ-104 or MS-102 certification (or willingness to earn more)
2+ years in a similar technical support role
Expertise with Microsoft 365: Active Directory, Exchange Online, Office 365, Autopilot, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, Azure Information Protection, Defender for Endpoint, Azure Networking, Firewalls, Storage, PowerShell, Azure Virtual Desktop
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Apple OS
Strong diagnostic questioning and technical writing skills
