Construction Leadership Role

* Project oversight: Supervise construction projects from beginning to end, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations.

* Financial management: Manage project finances, including budget review and expense tracking, to maintain cost-effectiveness.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with the Superintendent to oversee onsite and offsite construction, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
* Submittal management: Verify and review submittal packages, distribution, and log management for efficient project execution.
* Site preparation: Review jobsite setup with the Superintendent to ensure smooth project commencement.
* Inventory management: Monitor material tracking and inventory logs to prevent discrepancies.
* Change order management: Review and maintain change order procedures to ensure seamless project progress.
* Requisitions: Compile, review, and submit requisitions to owners, track payment, and approve subcontractor payments.
* Project closeout: Ensure all tasks are completed, and necessary documentation is in place before project closure.
* Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports to provide transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
