About the Role
1. Reporting to the Mitie Regional Security Manager
2. Security officer assigned to high-end retail stores
3. Proactively protect employees, property, and assets; responsible for assigned stores
4. Ensure a safe, comfortable environment for staff and visitors
5. Respond to emergencies calmly and follow escalation procedures
6. Report all incidents accurately
7. Monitor CCTV and recording systems across multiple sites; multitasking and attention to detail are essential
8. Full training will be provided
Candidate Requirements
1. Previous retail security experience preferred
2. Valid PSA License
3. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
4. Dependable and available for regular shifts
5. Smart, professional appearance
