Accenture is hiring a Sales Manager - German speaker to lead, coach and inspire a high-performing, multilingual team of Sales Account Managers within Pinterest’s digital marketing ecosystem.In this role, you will drive measurable business impact for Pinterest by enabling advertisers and agencies to grow their presence, performance, and revenue on one of the fastest-growing visual discovery platforms.You will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class sales team, improving performance, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across a portfolio of existing advertisers.This is a leadership role at the intersection of people management, digital advertising strategy, and commercial growth.What You’ll DoLead and manage a high-performing team of Sales Account Managers supporting and growing existing advertiser accountsCoach, mentor, and develop team members to exceed KPIs and revenue targetsConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and call evaluations to drive excellenceRun daily team huddles to align priorities, share insights, and drive executionSupport key client engagements including QBRs and strategic upselling/cross-selling opportunitiesIdentify performance gaps and execute structured improvement plansDrive strategic initiatives to improve processes, workflows, and team productivityPartner cross-functionally to resolve escalations and complex client issuesEnsure consistent achievement of SLAs, revenue goals, and operational standardsLead recruitment and hiring to build a strong, scalable sales organisationCreate a culture of learning, accountability, and high performanceWhat We’re Looking ForExtensive experience, ideally within digital advertising or sales environmentsExperience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead in a high-performing sales organisationStrong background in account management, digital marketing, or ad techProven ability to coach, develop, and scale sales teamsExperience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar platforms)Strong forecasting, KPI management, and revenue ownership experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, queue-based or target-driven environmentsStrong understanding of digital/social media advertising landscapeFluent English (additional language is a strong advantage)High energy, structured thinking, and strong leadership presenceWhy this role?This is a strategic, high-growth area for Pinterest, meaning you’ll have real ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape how the program evolves.
