Job Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining various records, including PRA/RAMS/SSWP, subcontractor, and procurement. They will engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and Engineers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
* Maintain accurate PRA/RAMS/SSWP Register
* Maintain up-to-date subcontractor register
* Liaise with subcontractors regarding latest information
* Monitor site training records and liaise with Safety Officer
* Assist with obtaining Safety Data Sheets from suppliers
Responsibilities also include recording and presenting expenditure, summarizing costs against specific suppliers/purchase orders, updating procurement registers, and managing multiple price competitions. The role will also involve collating RFT submissions, managing delivery dockets, and ensuring the distribution of reports and documents.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Construction Industry required
* Proven data entry/administration experience essential
* Proficient in MS Office packages required
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
