Claims Advisor
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Advisor to join our Group Protection Claims Team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling salary protection, specified illness and death claims in a manner which is efficient, effective, compliant and with a customer-first ethos in mind.
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills as well as being proficient in dealing with vulnerable customers and difficult circumstances that require empathy, compassion and consideration. They should also possess strong stakeholder management skills to communicate effectively daily with our internal departments and external stakeholders on various claims-related queries.
In addition to these requirements, we are looking for someone who can provide information to customers professionally and timely regarding their claim eligibility. The individual must also advise and update customers on the process progress cover benefits premiums related to their claim ensuring all provided information is accurate clear complete up-to-date by consulting relevant data sources.
