Tender & Sales Operations Coordinator

The Role
As Tender & Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and tracking tender opportunities, coordinating bids, and ensuring all submissions are accurate and delivered on time. You will work closely with Contracts Managers and Sales Teams across multiple sites, maintaining a full database of tenders, quotes, and outcomes.
Key Duties Include:
* Managing the eTenders website to identify opportunities.
* Preparing, coordinating, and submitting tenders and framework documents.
* Supporting Contracts Managers and Sales Teams with proposals and documentation.
* Tracking outcomes, analysing results, and reporting on improvements.
* Assisting with coordination of deliveries (stone, asphalt, tar) and ensuring all documentation is in order.
* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of tenders and quotes.
About You
* Background in civil engineering or construction, with an understanding of tendering/bidding processes.
* Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
* Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Previous tender coordination, sales administration, or project support experience is an advantage.
