Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of the office and deliver on sales targets
* Support your team to hit sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines
* Lead and coach your team to achieve their full potential
* Work hands-on with customers and prospects, especially in the Commercial and Agri sectors
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers
* E nsure smooth and compliant processes in line with company and Central Bank standards
* Report on team performance and sales activity
* Get involved in local networking opportunities and community partnerships
Requirements
* CIP qualification
* People management or team leadership experience
* Strong background in sales and relationship management
* Motivate and manage a team
* Organised, natural leader, and great with people
* Confident managing sales performance and setting goals
* Comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office, CRMs, etc.
* Full clean driver's licence
* Strong communicator and mentor
* Results-driven and goal-focused
* Sharp on business and commercially minded
