We are currently hiring a dedicated and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team in Dublin City Centre. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Manage the reception area, receive deliveries, and greet incoming guests.
* Supply Chain Management: Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessities and manage supplier relationships.
* Facilities Management: Handle facilities-related requests, arrange repairs and maintenance as needed.
* Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
* Event Coordination: Help coordinate internal and external events.
* Administrative Support: Provide support to the HR team with administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a similar office coordinator role.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in the full MS Office suite.
* Previous experience managing supplier relationships.
* Full working authorization in Ireland.
* Availability for an immediate start.
