Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis, working closely with the restaurant manager, team leaders, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and support the overall guest experience, maintaining the highest standards across all areas of the business.
* Ensure stock and cash control, including till reconciliation.
* Deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence.
* Promote a safety culture.
* Complete daily and weekly checks with the support of the team and restaurant manager.
* Lead the day-to-day operations from a HACCP perspective.
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Reside in Ireland and have a right to work.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Must lead by example.
