Associate Director Safety & Environment
Job Summary:
• Lead our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
The Associate Director will oversee the implementation of strategies to minimize risks, improve workplace safety, and promote a culture of environmental responsibility. They will be responsible for developing policies, procedures, and training programs that align with industry best practices.
• Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems to meet regulatory requirements.
* Safeguard employees by creating an environment where they can work safely without any risk or fear related issues which directly affects their productivity
1. Ensure alignment with company objectives while staying up-to-date on latest changes in EHS laws & guidelines
2. Maintain accurate records regarding incidents including near misses, injuries, illnesses etc. This shall enable data-driven decision-making for continuous improvement.
