* Assist the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations.
* Step up and lead shop operations in the absence of the Shop and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing the shop, managing the team, and handling cash transactions.
* Process customer bets accurately and efficiently through various channels, including betting terminals and EPOS systems.
* Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to our digital journey.
* Maintain high standards of shop presentation throughout your working day.
* Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
* Adhere to social responsibility duties.
