Our client,who workswithin theAviationsector, are currently seeking administrators to join their licensing team. This client is based in Dublin 2(near O'Connell Bridge Area & Tara Street Train Station). The salary is between €37,000 - €39,000 DOE with an initial 12-Month contract. The purpose of the role is to provide effective and efficient administrative assistance and timely and efficient support to the licensing section. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Checking, examining, and querying documentation that is received Drafting letters, minutes of meetings, and other documentation Preparing, signing, and issuing correspondence Making recommendations based on instruction, regulations, or general practice Calculating or checking standard arithmetical formulas Processing of cash and credit card payments Development of invoices as appropriate Preparing standard statistical material Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years experience working within an administrative role. Excellent internal & external customer service experience. Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
