Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Transformation: Develop and execute business strategies and transformation programmes; embed sustainability, align people, processes, and technology.
* Organisational Design & Workforce Planning: Deliver organisational design, strategic workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
* Data Analytics & Insights: Analyse complex datasets, identify improvement opportunities, and translate insights into action.
* Business Process & Operating Model Design: Analyse, assess, and map processes and operating models to improve efficiency.
* Business Analysis: Map requirements, assess challenges, and document actionable solutions.
* Project & Change Management: Initiate and deliver projects using Eaton Square or client methodologies; embed sustainable change.
* Business Development: Shape proposals, respond to public tenders, and contribute to new propositions.
Additional Expectations
* Lead delivery of workstreams or small transformation projects.
* Collaborate with Managers and senior leaders on client presentations and proposals.

Core Skills & Experience
* Foundational consulting skills: project management, stakeholder management, business development.
* Comfort with data and commercial mindset.
* Advanced technical skills in Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive‑ready presentations).
* Strong written and verbal communication in professional English.
* Excellent organisational skills; manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience preparing project proposals and responding to government tenders.
* Confidence presenting project outputs to clients.
Experience
* 3‑5 years’ consulting experience in Ireland or the UK, or 5+ years’ relevant industry experience delivering strategic projects.
* Relevant third‑level degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, Data/Analytics, or related disciplines.
* Lean Six Sigma, Project Management (PRINCE2, PMP, PMQ), or Change Management certifications are a strong plus.
