Finishing Foreman – DublinJob OverviewWe are currently seeking an experiencedFinishing Foremanto join a reputable main contractor on a high-quality construction project inDublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site, ensuring works are completed to the highest standard, on programme, and in line with health & safety requirements.This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong attention to detail and proven experience delivering high-spec finishes on residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all finishing trades, including carpentry, drylining, painting, flooring, tiling, and fit-out worksEnsure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsManage snagging and de-snagging processes to ensure timely handoverLiaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor progress against programme and report delays or issuesEnsure strict adherence to health & safety regulations on siteMaintain accurate site records, daily reports, and quality control checklistsCoordinate inspections and assist with client, design team, and local authority walk-throughsEnsure materials are ordered and available to meet programme requirementsRequirementsProven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role with a main contractorStrong background in high-quality finishing works (residential experience preferred)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsExcellent organisational and communication skillsStrong eye for detail and commitment to qualityValid Safe Pass (required)Manual Handling certification (desirable)Trade background (carpentry or fit-out) an advantageWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary package (DOE)Long-term role on a stable project in DublinOpportunity to work with a well-established and respected contractorSupportive site team and clear progression opportunities
