Quality Assurance Specialist
This role involves coordinating elements of the Quality System and ensuring compliance with its requirements.
* Audit the quality system with other personnel where required to maintain optimal standards.
* Assist in investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.
* Manage day-to-day CAPA requirements to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
* Measure performance of the Quality System and provide key metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree in an Engineering, Science, or Quality discipline such as Six Sigma.
* Green Belt qualification or demonstrated knowledge of statistics in an industrial environment.
* Extensive experience in a highly regulated combination product/device manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of injection moulding or tooling processes is advantageous.
