Job Title: Administrative Coordinator for Senior Leaders
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders
* Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion
* Coordinate board meetings, assist with board pack preparation, and liaise with all board members
* Liaise with senior executives, project teams, legal, financial, and external partners
* Oversee and manage office-related tasks for senior leaders, including expenses, filing systems, and document management
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Digitally proficient in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented
