Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various manufacturer franchise. Duties
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, and networking while working with our existing client base.
* Manage and update customer information using Eskimo and other CRM software to ensure accurate records
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients in English
* Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs and negotiate terms effectively
* Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships and maximise sales potential
* Collaborate with the marketing & management team to develop strategies that enhance market penetration
* Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote products and expand professional network
Skills
* Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and client management
* Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and utilisation of CRM tools such as Eskimo
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly
* Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach to sales negotiations
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple Clients simultaneously
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is highly desirable
