Senior Litigation Secretary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment as a legal administrator supporting the managing partner of a leading health law practice.
* Digital dictation and drafting of documents, correspondence, pleadings, and briefs for medical negligence cases.
* Interacting with the Managing Partner to resolve day-to-day issues.
* Efficiently managing and organizing the Partner's calendar.
* Handling client queries professionally and promptly.
* Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring the safe handling of confidential data.
* Performing general administration and ad hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a litigation secretary.
* Essential medical negligence experience.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise a heavy workload.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, diary management, case management (Evolve desirable), and discovery management.
* Strong administration skills and ability to work on own initiative.
* Professional manner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
