To meet growing demand for our quartz and porcelain countertops, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our successful team in Ireland.
Working within a regional team, you will be responsible for maximising the sales of Caesarstone colours in kitchen studios and fabricators within the South and West of Ireland. The successful candidate will drive and increase sales revenue to fabricators and service fabricator accounts. They will set up terms, provide quotations and any marketing collateral, and sustain current and form new relationships with clients. You will be responsible for demand creation through the kitchen and bathroom channel and will support kitchen designers in effectively promoting Caesarstone at the point of sale. Responsibilities
* Analyse the market on an ongoing basis to ensure understanding of competitor information and segmentation
* Achieve team sales revenue, average selling price (ASP) and slab volume targets as agreed with Regional Sales Manager
* Retain and grow business with all existing accounts and new accounts; evaluate accounts by potential, loyalty and willingness to work with Caesarstone
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Maximise sales and specification of Caesarstone products
* Provide and maintain current samples and other marketing collateral at point of sale; implement the marketing exposure strategy to drive demand
* Educate customers on product properties, use and applications, so they influence consumers to choose Caesarstone
* Ensure promotional product displays are implemented and maintained at the point of sale
* Gather market information from clients on their use of Caesarstone and other brands regarding quality, colour selection, service and installation
* Understand company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the customer
* Keep an up-to-date and accurate database (CRM) on all customer accounts; capture appropriate details of activities
Full training will be given in order for you to provide product knowledge sessions with the designers, and promote the Caesarstone colour collection.
The position will require some travel and overnight stays.

Requirements
Essential
* At least 2 years sales experience in a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment
* A minimum of 3 years business-to-business sales experience within the kitchen & bathroom or work surfaces industry; experience with a premium brand
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
* Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
* Basic sales and training skills
* Ability to journey plan in given area
* A full clean driving licence is required
