My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seek to hire a Customer Support Team Lead.
This role will suit someone coming from a B2B Customer Service role.
This role is Monday to Friday based in Galway city.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and support the customer support team to give great service.
2. Train and coach team members so they understand our products, systems, and customers.
3. Keep the team motivated and focused on reaching goals.
4. Help the team work well with other departments like logistics, purchasing, and quality.
5. Make sure daily tasks are done correctly and on time.
6. Create training plans and make sure the team follows company processes.
7. Have regular one-on-one and team meetings to share feedback and updates.
8. Report and track customer issues or trends using company systems like SAP.
Requirements:
9. Experience leading a team in a busy customer service environment.
10. ERP experience desirable
11. A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
