Key Payroll Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to lead our payroll operations across the ROI and UK.
* Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and compliance.
* Oversee all aspects of payroll, including controls, audits, risk management, and automation enhancements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
For this role, key qualifications include a strong understanding of ROI & UK payroll legislation, at least 7 years of payroll experience, 3+ years in leadership, and IPASS or equivalent qualification.
