* Partner with regional and site leaders to provide trusted, commercially focused people advice.
* SUPPORT growth plans through workforce planning, organisation design and effective onboarding.
* ESEMB company values and consistent ways of working across multi-site operations.
About You
1. Proven experience as a HR / People Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a fast-paced, multi-site or project-based environment.
2. A strong working knowledge of employment law and best practice is required.
