Full-Cycle Recruiter for Technical Teams
Are you a seasoned recruiter looking for a challenging role that requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting for technical teams? Do you have a passion for sourcing top talent and building strong relationships with stakeholders?
We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions from briefing through to offer acceptance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles
* Lead stakeholder management and partner closely with senior stakeholders across EMEA
* Source top technical talent using creative sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to raise the bar for how we hire technical talent
* Promote Wayflyer as an employer of choice within the tech community
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience recruiting for technical roles in an in-house environment
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the tech talent market with a focus on EMEA-wide hiring
* Networking: Strong network of technical candidates across engineering, product design, and data science
* Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience acting as a consultative business partner
* Tools: Experience with the ATS Ashby would be highly desirable
