The Zscaler Sales and Go‑to‑Market team is a global group of professionals passionate about delighting customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing expertise to drive a secure, cloud‑enabled digital future and cement our position as a world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation.
Description
We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Sales and Go‑to‑Market team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations you'll be responsible for:

Supporting Zscaler’s Go-To-Market (GTM) growth by focusing on strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
Partnering with senior leadership to define and execute go‑to‑market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization.
Defining and delivering key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
Facilitating key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights and outcomes.
Annual planning for GTM including quota, territory, HC planning, cross‑functional support, etc.
Developing key strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience is required.
Strong business acumen and ability to drive clear insights on business problems.
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required.
Software/SaaS industry experience is desirable, but not required.

Base Pay Range: €91,000—€130,000 EUR
