Start Date: August 2026Reports to: Production SupervisorShift details: 12‑hour night shifts with 4‑on/3‑off or 3‑on/4‑off patterns (7 pm–7 am Friday to Sunday plus alternate Thursdays)Shift Premium: 25 % on Thursday; 30 % on Friday/Saturday/Sunday
Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi‑automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, used in the production of CGM devices.
Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes as required.
Perform material handling, inspections, quality checks, and data entry.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in key areas.
Train new associates and support cross‑training programmes.
Support line leads and supervisors with communication, updates, and coaching.
Comply with all quality procedures; flag any deviation.
Complete and maintain quality documentation required for the manufacture of medical devices (GMP requirements).
Adhere to all safety requirements and operate safely.
Build strong working relationships that encourage teamwork and shared success.
Experience & Education
Leaving Certificate (or Level 5 equivalent).
4–6 years of medical device or cleanroom manufacturing experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy.
Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
High dexterity and consistency.
Training/knowledge‑transfer skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a dexterity assessment as part of the interview process.
