Vodafone Business - Operations Executive
About the Role:
We are growing and looking for a high-energy team player to join our award-winning Vodafone account team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an expanding business and play a key role in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery across the Vodafone account
* Maintain accurate records and process data efficiently using CRM and data entry systems
* Support internal teams with reporting and analysis using Excel
* Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational standards and timelines
* Assist in telecoms processing and troubleshooting where required
* Attention to detail and problem solving
* Enjoy speaking to our customers to ensure they receive excellent service always
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proficient in Excel, CRM platforms, and data entry systems
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Telecoms processing experience is an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
