The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

* Manage the spend and Budget on Assigned projects including forecasting and budget reporting throughout the lifecycle of each project
* Responsible for development of project scope, front-end planning, evaluation of alternative solutions and preliminary schedules and designs for all capital projects in an occupied 24/7 manufacturing facility ensuring capital approval.
* Developing project plans and successfully implementing them according to schedule, cost & global engineering standards.
* Development of the equipment procurement contracts and negotiation with vendors on Capital costs associated all new Facility/ Equipment and Systems.
* Co-ordinate the design flow between all parties, provide sufficient and accurate information to allow the safe design of the project and provide quality, cost effective solutions in line with customer requirements.
* Manage all project concepts inclusive of design, constructability, risk identification and mitigation, costs, budgets and business drivers.
* Review engineering deliverables, initiate site change controls and associated Validation documentation (URS/DR/FMRA/FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ) required by the project life cycle.
* Project execution focuses on safety, schedule, quality, and budget adherence while complying with good engineering practices, company policies, regulations, and codes.
* Managing cross functional teams including man-ops personnel, contractors, and equipment vendors to achieve project deliverables in accordance with budget and schedule.
* Work within the existing governance reporting structures for all capital projects. Communicate effectively with weekly reports to management and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Process, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
* At least 2 years experience as a project coordinator, Process Engineer, project engineer, or project manager in GMP arena
* Proven track record of working on GMP-regulated projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
* Strong knowledge of Process/ mechanical/ electrical systems,
