Senior Project Architect
Projects are diverse with key commissions across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace and Hospitality/Retail sectors. A varied mix of typology brings opportunity to work on different projects of all shapes, styles and sizes.
Suitable candidates will have experience working on Data Centre projects.
The role will see the professional assisting through all project work stages, taking concepts and designs through the RIAI plan of work and ensuring the project is moved smoothly through to completion. Excellence with design, planning and technical construction experience is key.
Requirements
* Strong experience of project leading in Ireland
* Experience working with junior members and an example to them
* Irish planning, construction and building regulation experience
Salary and benefits
Salary is very competitive and depends solely on experience and the knowledge you can bring to the team. Figures are circa €73‑95k but highly flexible. If the right candidate has higher expectations, this will be reviewed. Benefits package is attractive and includes holiday, flexible working and pension.
