Area Management Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branches within their designated area. This role will require strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive growth and margin.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing direct reports, evaluating employee performance, and providing feedback and coaching as required. They will also be responsible for developing customer relations within their area, communicating with regional sales managers to meet targets, and interacting with customers on a regular basis via telephone or when visiting the branch.
