Key Responsibilities Analysing daily, weekly, monthly sales figures to ensure store profitability.
Ensuring that high standards are maintained for our customers and teams Management of stock and cash in line with company procedures Supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of the store Understanding and meeting the commercial needs of the business Maintaining a high level of customer service Developing strong relationships with our customers Efficient management of store operations, including cost management & rostering efficiency Effective performance management of colleagues including appraisals, disciplining, coaching, motivation & mentoring Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation What Are We Looking For Leading team behaviour to ensure customers and colleagues realise that they are at the core of our business Building strong working relationships within the instore team and across the business Fostering a learning environment, consistently developing employee knowledge and skills through formal and informal training and mentoring Providing direction and motivation to deal with challenges and celebrating success What We Would Like From You2 years Manager/ People Manager experience – within a Pharmacy setting would be preferable but not essential The ability to lead and motivate a team Previous Dispensary experience preferred Excellent communication and 'people' skills The ability to work in a busy environment and handle challenging situations Positivity, drive and enthusiasm with the ability that takes responsibility and makes decisions Strong commercial acumen Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
The ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
