What Will You Be Doing?
As a Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the Customer Service team by:
* Leading and supporting the team to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.
* Overseeing the coordination of outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Handling escalated customer queries and providing timely, effective solutions.
* Monitoring performance metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
* Maintaining accurate records, reports, and system data.
* Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to support their growth.
* Driving service improvements and contributing to operational efficiency initiatives.
