Key Responsibilities: Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring smooth operations across all departments Act as Duty Manager as required, including evenings and weekends Ensure all departments consistently deliver high standards of service and guest satisfaction Lead daily briefings and ensure effective communication across teams Food & Beverage Focus Take full responsibility for the performance of all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, events, room service) Monitor service standards, presentation, and guest experience across all F&B areas Work closely with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to deliver innovative menus and offerings Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships Drive revenue growth through promotions, upselling, and events Financial Performance Manage departmental budgets with a strong focus on F&B revenue and cost control Analyse sales reports, labour costs, and margins to drive profitability Ensure efficient rostering aligned with business levels People Management Lead, train, and develop F&B and operations teams Ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill sets across all shifts Conduct performance reviews and support employee development Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture Guest Experience Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally Maintain a visible presence in F&B areas during peak times Ensure all service recovery actions are completed to a high standard Compliance & Standards Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations Maintain brand standards and operational procedures Support audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: Previous experience in a hotel Operations Manager or senior F&B management role Strong background in Food & Beverage operations Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Strong financial and commercial awareness Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Desirable: Experience in a busy, high-volume hotel environment Knowledge of stock systems and cost control tools Experience managing events and functions About us Dalata Hotel Group - We bring the heart of hospitality to every hotel we own and operate.
