Acting as the primary commercial contact, you'll lead strategic planning and execution across our 24/7 portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFull P&L accountability & management of assigned Key Accounts to Gross Profit levelDeliver sustainable long-term growth for our customers through joint value creationLead the strategic development and delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs), including pricing negotiations and performance trackingLead your accounts at all Top-to-Top meetings, presenting progress and plansDrive year-on-year improvements in Customer Satisfaction scores by developing & implementing clear action plansLeverage data, insights, and tools to identify trends, guide decision-making, and maximise account profitabilityDrive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) aligned plans across all accountsManage accounts by going beyond traditional price and promotions with a clear link between sell in & sell out activitiesBring an omnichannel mindset by driving revenue growth via all customer platforms including digitalEnsure full-field execution of channel strategies and regional KBI deliveryProactively identify and convert new opportunities across customers, categories, and pack formatsAct as a coach and mentor to Field Sales Teams managing your accountsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDEssential RequirementsStrong commercial acumen with experience in P&L ownership and JBP creationFMCG sales experience with proven account management fundamentals and resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence at all levelsProven track record of delivering results through X-functional and senior stakeholder managementHighly driven, resilient, and customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetFull, unrestricted driving licenceMotivation and aspiration for personal growth and career progressionDesirable ExperienceDegree in a business-related disciplineGAP negotiation trainingWHY JOIN US?At Coca-Cola HBC, we celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
