We are looking for an Facilities Administrator to join our team in Kilkenny on a full-time basis
Working pattern: Monday- Thursday from 08.00 to 16.30 and Friday from
Main duties and responsibilities
* Administrative Support to the Department including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general support
* Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
* Collecting, analysing and reporting on accident information and Audits and inspection programme results
* Produce reports
* Enter Data (e.g training records, inspections) into online systems
* Scheduling external training
* Maintaining various files for the department
* Ensure that all paperwork is filed neat and tidy and in the appropriate location
* Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding works
* Carry out general tasks in Word/Excel and power point as required
* Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meeting when required
Qualifications and experience:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation
* Ability to work on his/her own
* Well-organised and capable of prioritising own work
* Flexible, honest and reliable
* Efficiency is a prerequisite for the role
