ClareWhat's the Role?The Team Lead will support the Director across all aspects of the business, predominately to assist leading the team during service and ensuring all standards are in place.Who we are:Russells is a proudly local, well-regarded hospitality group in the heart of Doolin, part of The Fiddle + Bow Collection.
