The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector and over 3 years of experience.
Role Description:
• Reporting to the Digital MMD Project Lead, specifically responsible for Delta V Systems.
• Work closely with the Digital MMD teams responsible for the full Automation and IT scope, as well as vendors/partners responsible for the delivery of Delta V DCS.
Role Functions: Write user requirements for Delta V System.
Review and approve related design documentation.
Partner with local site project teams to scope changes on the Delta V system.
Follow the SDLC procedure to implement changes, including RS updates, RTM change control, implementation, and testing.
Ensure implementations are carried out safely with necessary quality outputs.
Use and update the development system as required.
Educate local project teams on automation standards related to technology selection, system configuration, SDLC, validation, hardware, software environments, and business processes.
Partner with internal Digital departments to ensure standard and secure implementation in line with MSD Standards.
Requirements Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Required: BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree.
Training completed in Delta V standard and batch.3+ years of experience in Delta V application.
Proven record of proficiency in business analysis on small-sized projects.
Excellent understanding of c GMPs, SDLC methodologies, and LEAN/MPS/Sigma principles.
Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions.
Experience in the commissioning of Delta V systems at a GMP manufacturing site.
