Banking & Finance Associate (1–6 PQE) | Dublin | Hybrid We are currently working with a leading law firm in Dublin seeking a Banking & Finance Associate (1–6 PQE) to join its high-performing finance team.
This is a standout opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border transactions with international lenders, private equity sponsors and institutional clients.
The Role You will advise on:
• Fund finance facilities
• Leveraged and acquisition finance
• Real estate investment and development finance
• Corporate debt and refinancing transactions
• Enforcement strategy and restructurings The team operates at the top end of the market and offers early responsibility, direct client exposure and genuine progression prospects.
The Candidate You will have:
• 1–6 years' PQE in banking & finance
• Training from a leading Irish or international firm
• Strong drafting and transactional management skills
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients Please note that In-house returners and international candidates relocating to Dublin will also be considered.
