Role Overview
As an Account Executive at Kubicle, you will be responsible for driving new business by self-sourcing leads, proactively following up on opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll target our ideal customer profiles, including financial institutions, professional services firms, and management consultancies, across regions including the US and EMEA. We’re looking for a scrappy, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to grow our footprint in high-value markets.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting attitude
* Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Confident relationship-builder who thrives in client-facing environments
* Motivated by targets, growth, and creating value for both clients and the business
* Highly organized with effective time management and pipeline prioritization skills
* Adaptable team player who embraces feedback and constantly looks for ways to improve
* Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar CRM) is a strong advantage
* Curious learner and team player with a can do attitude
* Someone who takes ownership of their career, thrives when they are out of their comfort zone, and has a track record of pushing themselves to grow both professionally and personally
Responsibilities
* Proactively source, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target markets
* Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in financial institutions, professional services, and consulting firms
* Consistently follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into pipeline
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a seamless client experience
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates using HubSpot CRM
* Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform your outreach
* Take initiative to experiment, improve sales strategies, and contribute to a growing sales culture
